You can engage each service independently. Many clients begin with a site survey to establish a clear picture before deciding on next steps. There's no obligation to proceed further after any stage.
How long does the Design Drafting & Presentation service take?
The design drafting service typically runs 6–10 weeks. This includes the brief review, layout development, material sourcing, 3D render production, and two rounds of revisions. The final package is contractor-ready.
Do you work on commercial spaces, or only residential?
Both. We handle homes, offices, retail outlets, and other commercial fit-outs in Petaling Jaya and the surrounding Klang Valley. The same precise approach applies regardless of space type.
What does Construction Coordination include, exactly?
We attend the site regularly during the renovation period (8–16 weeks), manage contractor communication, track procurement and deliveries, carry out quality checks, and flag any deviations from the design documentation. The engagement ends with a final walkthrough and arrangement session.
Are the prices fixed, or do they vary by project size?
The listed prices reflect the base scope for each service. Larger or more complex projects may carry additional fees, which are discussed and agreed upon before any work begins. We don't proceed without your written confirmation of scope and cost.
