From observations, we produce technically accurate design documentation — spatial plans, material specifications, 3D visualisations, and lighting strategies. All drawn to scale from real measurements.
We bridge the gap between design and construction — briefing contractors, tracking procurement, carrying out quality inspections, and ensuring what was drawn becomes what gets built.
Site Survey & Brief
A precise, methodical assessment of your space. Includes measured observations, a spatial analysis brief, and directional references for layout and material. For residential and commercial properties. A structured starting point for clients who want clarity before committing to a full design.
